I'm a heavy duty truck driver. I do speed to keep me up. Not smack.

Whilst the prevalence of doughnut eating, amongst the U.S police force is widely known, this latest initiative to curb illegal drug use is just plain lazy.
Presumably this is a direct policy transfer from the immigration servies.
Do not be fooled. Keep schtum about flora and fauna trading activtities on th U.S visa forms (along with any latent freedom fighting persuasions) and do not admit to any heroin related activtities- healthy or otherwise*.
Stay strong.
* Unless participating in 12 step regime or similar, in which case- go girl/boy friend!
