WEDNESDAY

Today the sun is out. The morning was wet but dry in the car on the way to the distributor, the building made me want to throw stones at the window and sniff glue. A car full of records and a 70's A-Z we are soon homeward bound for tea and rolls.

”MY FIRST NAME IS CALLED DIAPERMACHINE AND MY LAST NAME IS CALLED BATMAN”

Howdie folks. Greetings from the West-Coast. It's been a while since I first posted. So here's a selection of last month's quotes from my pre-schoolers (all between 3 and 5 years old). The headline is a quote from Ollie.

Kellan: "Are you gonna marry all the boys in the world, Ashley?"

Ashley: "Yeah, and I'm gonna kiss dem!"

Ollie (after pondering this as he listens in, sitting on a swing): "I'm a boy in the world!"

Gillian ("My mom always forgets the half part of my age. She says I'm four, when really I'm four and a half! Silly Mama!") finally figured out some more details about the tooth-fairy. Don't know if you got the same fairy in England, but basically kids put their fallen out teeth under their pillows (kinda gross, actually) and in the morning - wehey: $$$! Only her existence doesn't really come with a very elaborate story, so kids have to fill in the gaps:

Gillian: "My sister Ally lost her tooth and she put it under her pillow and in the night the tooth fairy came and picked it up. Then she stealed some money from the bank and left it for Ally."

Alright that's all from SF for now. Hope all is well in Londontown, Liguria, or wherever you all are. Enjoy
